“I want to learn from you, but I live out of state.”

It’s a common problem.

And the more well-known or specialized you are, the more likely you’re going to hear it.

It’s a big obstacle for your prospective student, but you can show them why being out of state is an ADVANTAGE for them.

You can say something like this:

“It’s not uncommon. We have a good amount of students who travel to learn from us. They do this because they get superior PMU skills they can later bring into their communities. This allows them to immediately stand out from the local competition and attract many clients. If I were to send you some accommodation options, would you feel more comfortable enrolling?”

By saying this, they will understand why enrolling in your PMU course is an advantage and worth the trip. In fact, there are students who prefer to get international or out-of-state training to get that edge they’re looking for.
